HempCBD Pilot for Medicare Advantage & Original Medicare Members with Anxiety, Pain, Sleep Disturbance (APSD)
The Center for Medicare Services (CMS) under the HHS has authorized a pilot program under Executive Order signed 19 Dec 2026 to authorize participating health providers to recommend Full Spectrum HempCBD products to Medicare Advantage Members who are diagnosed with the following symptoms: anxiety, sleep disturbance and pain.

DETAILS:

Medicare Advantage will cover up to $500 of Full Spectrum HempCBD Therapeutics recommended by a participating health provider per year.
