Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through the Site's contact form. The Site is not intended for medical advice or emergencies; if you have a medical emergency, call 911.

If you tell us about a side effect or other safety concern involving one of our investigational products, we may be legally required to collect, keep, and report that information to the FDA or other health authorities, even if you later ask us to delete it. We remove direct identifiers from such reports where we can.

Front Range is generally not a HIPAA "covered entity" with respect to information collected through the Site, so HIPAA may not apply to it. We still treat any health information you share as sensitive and protect it accordingly.

Children. The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Third-party links. The Site may link to publications, social media, or other websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
